Today we help lots of users in a low-touch manner. Our engineers get a stream of errors and signals from every user on the platform, and we reach out with advice to help push them along. Often this advice is an e-mail or a 30-minute conversation. It’s been really helpful for people who are good self-starters. Sometimes we run into groups that need more help. We’re not set up to help these well, but probably we should be. We want something small and finite in duration that helps them be successful quickly
Coiled is a multi-tenant architecture designed to serve many organizations simultaneously. We run a single deployment that helps everyone. However, some large organizations have sufficiently baroque security processes that it’s infeasible to use Cloud SaaS that originates outside of the organization’s network boundary. For enough money, we’ll give you access to deploy your own Coiled internally.
